Court, employment and Drivers License assessment requirements:  

The assessment may include one or more of the following:  an individual session with a clinician; the use of the Addiction Severity Index (ASI-5) screening tool; the Substance Abuse Subtle Screening Inventory (SASSI-3);  and can also include an in-house drug screening, if requested.  

Following the assessment, the clinician completes a written report of basic findings and recommendations for treatment, education, or other follow-up, if needed.  This report can be sent directly to the court or other requesting institution / individual, as needed.
